Ladi Hysa, CPA

Ladi Hysa is a principal at Hysa & Associates ( H&A),  a small public accounting  firm. H&A specializes in the needs of small businesses from start-ups to established enterprises. Firm provides financial accounting, individual tax returns and other business consulting services.  With experience in private and public sector and at varying sizes, H&A  understands the diverse needs of companies who are at different stages of an organizational life cycle.  From new companies who are unsure of the regulatory requirements to growing firms searching for ways to finance their expansion, we are dedicated to helping you be successful.

Ladi was born in one of the ancient cities (Berat) of South East Europe. He comes from a family with sound conservative business principals and he is one of the eight children of his family. Considering that he spent his youth under a communist system, he understands and appreciates the principles of economic freedom. In addition to Berat, he has called Pittsburgh and Detroit home. Prior to coming to USA, Ladi graduated with honor from "Scanderbeg" Military Academy in Albania and worked as a Liaison Military for the US and Albanian Army. He also was Military Observer for the United Nation Mission in Georgia, Russian Federation.

Ladi began his accounting career in 2004 as an auditor with Office of Personnel Management/ Office of the Inspector General and in 2008 he joined the big four accounting firm, KPMG LLP as an Financial Auditor. He has a Bachelor Business Administration with a concentration in accounting from University of Pittsburgh and a Master of Science in Finance from Walsh College

He is licensed as a CPA and a member of the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants. Ladi has been an adjunct teaching instructor at Walsh College where he has  been teaching Financial Accounting coursework for undergraduate and graduate levels. He has been active in community. He is Board of Director for new established Detroit  Albanian American Chamber of Commerce. Ladi's hobbies include playing basketball, exploring the nature, travelling and watching history channel.
