Dr. John Bonando

 

Credentialed with a Doctorate in Higher Education Administration,Masters Degree in Recreation and Park Administration, a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Dr. Bonando’s training also includes nine (9) Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Certificates and numerous other certifications.

Dr. Bonando offers our clients 32 years of professional experience in higher education, emergency management, business, and community organizational leadership. This experience includes: senior administrator in higher education, managing more than 20 departments and budgets; emergency management  planning, policy development, emergency operations, and creating training programs; cost analysis and inventory control in business; and senior leadership in local and county community groups , as well as national organizations.

This mixture of training, hands on practical experience, and education, brings forth to our customer a unique blend of skills to best meet client needs. In short, Dr. Bonando will design and implement a needs analysis, write your emergency management plan, then design a training program specifically for your staff. This training will assure your specific needs analysis is satisfied. It can also include dovetailing your firm’s/ municipality/ organization’s needs in compliance with local state, county, and federal emergency management plans.
